¿Quién puede participar?
Profesores, educadores, padres y cuidadores que necesiten orientación para ayudar a los adolescentes a gestionar sus emociones y su bienestar.
¿Qué aprenderé?
Todo el material formativo tiene como objetivo proporcionar recursos de aprendizaje sobre la inteligencia emocional de los adolescentes y formas de reforzar su salud mental sugiriendo medidas preventivas para mantener su equilibrio interior.
¿Cómo se imparte el curso?
Se trata de un curso online de autoaprendizaje, compuesto por 3 unidades, que incluyen cuestionarios, recursos relevantes y actividades sugeridas.
El curso de aprendizaje online está disponible en los siguientes idiomas: inglés, alemán, serbio, húngaro, español, turco y griego.

Nos complace decir que no, ¡no tienes que pagar nada! Se trata de un curso abierto y gratuito para todos. Ha sido desarrollado en el marco del Programa Erasmus+ de la Unión Europea, por una asociación de 9 organizaciones de 6 países europeos. - Strengthen students’ resilience and coping skills
- Promote healthy emotional expression and help-seeking behaviors
- Explore and exploit nature-based activities
- Develop stronger relationships with adolescents
- Collaborate effectively with families and mental health professionals
Learning Outcomes for Parents / Guardians
By completing the course, parents and caregivers are expected to be able to:
- Better understand teenage emotional and psychological development
- Support teenagers in developing resilience
- Improve communication and emotional connection with teenagers
- Create a supportive and mentally healthy home environment
- Help teenagers manage stress and difficult emotions
The self-assessment instruments consist of multiple-choice tests. These will help you consolidate your newly obtained knowledge and feel more confident about your skills.
Yes, you can acquire a Certificate of Participation by completing the following:
- Create an account and Log in to the platform
- Read the course material
- Perform the self-assessment quizzes and achieve minimum of 50%
- Complete a short online survey
Once you have successfully completed the above, your Certificate of Participation in the AI@SMILE e-learning course will be made available for you to download inside the course.
Please note that:
- You must be logged in, for the platform to be able to track your progress and issue the certificate. If you start doing the quizzes without being logged in, you will have to redo them in order to get the certificate.
- The name that will appear on your certificate is the name that you have registered in your Profile, so please remember to check if it matches correctly. If not, you can edit and update it on your Profile page before downloading the certificate.
